   5 There is one country in the game that has no material possessions yet
   6 owns everything...
   7 That country is country #0 (often called \*QThe Deity\*U).
   8 The power of this ethereal country is unbounded --
   9 it can do anything from creating a civilian
  10 (as was the case with the first civilian),
  11 to literally moving mountains.

  13 Despite this great power The Deity keeps his hands out of the game
  14 and country #0 only gets involved when there is a problem with
  15 the source code, or prohibited activity is suspected.

  17 is the telegram; if you should be in need of aid type:

  21 When the program requests your message for The Deity,
  22 state it simply:

  24 Enter telegram for your Gracious Deity
  25 undo last line with ~u, print with ~p, abort with ~q, end with .

  41 In general, when you encounter problems, be as specific about them
  42 as possible. Include a transcript of the output of the problem,
  43 if available. The more information you provide, the easier it is
  44 for the deity to give you a quick & fair fix for the problem.
