edit: Streamline wording of sector change reports slightly
Most places use "FOO of X,Y changed", some use "FOO in X,Y changed", "FOO in X,Y was changed", "FOO of sector X,Y changed". Normalize to the former. Most places do not end the message with a period, some do. Normalize to no period. Signed-off-by: Markus Armbruster <armbru@pond.sub.org>
