(MINE_LDAMAGE): Change to match damage suffered in lnd_hit_mine().
This increases damage suffered in retreat. Fix info Damage. (shp_hit_mine): Use MINE_DAMAGE(). (lnd_hit_mine): Use MINE_LDAMAGE().
