[EMPTH_POSIX] (empth_init, empth_create): Don't initialize it. [EMPTH_W32] (loc_Thread): Remove member szDesc. [EMPTH_W32] (empth_init, empth_create): Don't initialize it. (empth_create, lwpCreate): Remove parameter desc. Callers changed.
