Don't wrap global variables in a struct for no reason:

(LwpMaxfd, LwpNfds, LwpReadfds, LwpWritefds, LwpFdwait, LwpDelayq)
(LwpSelProc): New, matching members of LwpSelect, internal linkage.
(lwpSelect, LwpSelect): Remove.
