Markus Armbruster 24b56b9365 (lwpReschedule): Remove code permitting SIGALRM to be catched safely,

(LCOUNT, oldmask): Remove.
(lwpEntryPoint): Don't initialize oldmask. Should have been done in
lwpInitSystem() anyway.
