empserver/src/server/main.c
Markus Armbruster 64d8f6babe (ef_open, EFF_RDONLY, EFF_CREATE, EFF_OPEN): Replace mode parameter
(really open flags, not mode) by new flags EFF_RDONLY, EFF_CREATE.
Open flags were needlessly general. Callers changed.
(empfile): Member mode now unused, remove.
