Markus Armbruster c596577d32 (mchrstr, plchrstr, lchrstr, nchrstr): New member m_type, pl_type,
l_type, n_type.
(mchr_ca, plchr_ca, lchr_ca, nchr_ca): New selector type.  Update
builtin config files.
