Markus Armbruster 351bb852a3 march: Give up fortification only on actual move or sweep 
Don't wipe it in lnd_sel(), rely on lnd_mar_one_sector() and
lnd_sweep() to wipe it when the land unit actually moves.

Closes FRE#43.
